It is now 5.44pm on a nice finally sunny Sunday. I m suppose to be at Kallang shouting one up two up, but how come I m at home typing my entry at hm leh... The reason mah, cos my colleague din go... Hmm when does ah Lim stop going for activities when friends can't go? Thot tat she v onz one... Haiz, because today is my beloved bro birthday and we have a mini celebration at hm. If I m to go dragon boat, my whole family will have to wait till 7.30pm before they can start. Thus being a nice and thoughtful gal, I decided to forgo my training and stay at hm. ( inner me: sure or not, or are u just plain lazy??? Shrugged )but I think I have done enuf excercise for the wk for I have gone for another (yes another) walk along the tree top trail...
This is an activity orgainised by some SDU MOG...(these are acronyms, not morse code, so no need to deciper ke). After work, ,me and two of my colleauges went down to venus drive for the gathering before the walk. We alight at the wrong place initially, as it is further down the normal place that we usually alight. Heng when we finally arrived at the designated place, the walk had not start yet.
After a rounds of intro, we played a name game, and dun noe for wat reason, a lot of them call me xiangyun... Okie, I wun mind being her provided that I got the most gd looking man in his 40s.(Mr E Tan )...
We then started the walk at ard 3pm... manage to meet some like-minded friends, thus got pple to chit chat while walking up the terrain... To be honest, the trail is less tiring this time as the distance we walked is much lesser than the last time I go wif vee gal and gang. But less fun as there is no jw to entertained us + I can't be a siao cha bo when I m in a company of pple that I dun noe so well right. So vee gal, ah Li, eve and ah hui, lets do it again sometime soon hoh... this time, lets walked from mac to Bt Timah okie! Onz ah!

Friends's ROM
Wah... This a gd year for marriage... Yes, I have witness another joyous ocassion where a couple is joined in matrimony . This time round I was double up as a guest and amateur photographer... Well fortuately, I did not have meeting last Friday, else...
Due to the pouring rain, I was drenched and a bit disoriented. Fortunately the ceremony had not start. Ah sa soon arrived clad in full radiance. Wow, when does this friend of mine morphed into a grown-up woman? But as I saw her posing in her funny faces, she still resemble the same old girl whom I have met in Pri Sch. The same practical buddy who had brave through the vivas storm of Mat sci wif me... Haha she has really found her happiness and her husband is one lucky man to be with such childlike yet mature in her own way women. Altho tired, I tried my best to take good photos tho some of the photo dun turn up well enuf... Hmm really must go and sign up for courses during the Holidays liao. After the ceremony, the guests proceeded to one of the small rooms for lunch... Hmm real Hungry as I had work hard as a photographer.
Hmm trust ah sa to prepare some vegetarian food for me. Yummy!!! thot ks and I will be leave alone by her other guests as we were the only friends from uni days, but to my surpise, I found it easy to tok to her Yj councilor kakis as they were all v fun and friendly. Even managed to bitch with her friends regarding common acquaintances.*Evil* Poor ks, he seems so bored intially. But as her frens were really entertaining, he warmed up eventually... Gd Gd...
After the lunch, we went to the nearby esplanade to take some outdoor shots. I was reluctant to go as I was tried from sch. but since it was my PTL's big day, I must beared wif it... 我慢してください. We carpool and reached there in less than 10 min time. Phew, but why was it so crowded at 4.30pm in esplanade leh?
Ah sa 's Jc mates had some brillant ideas and we manage to take some interesting shots. We even managed to ask a teenage couple to leave their smooching territory as they were occupying the best place with awesome scenery. They obliged. Haha Victory...
After all those tedious posing,Ah sa and cw treated us all to hagen daz . Haha thus altho tired, I was v happy...
Hmm but I have not finished the after production work... Hmm will try to d/l all those pic into a cd for ah sa. Will try to give it to her next week for I m dead tired this wk.

Amore women day workout
Hmm gone for the amore women day workout and done 1 hour of aerobics, 1 hour of kickboxing and 1 hour of hip-hop. All of us tried to complete the workout with gusto, but after an hour I was wondering when will the thing end. I was sweating and had stepped on the feet of various pple... Ouch, I was stepped on too. Definately exhausting. The space is v cramped and I can't catch up on some of the steps... Argh My limbs are aching now due to the long duration of the workout.
Undaunted, I m thinking of trying out the standard chartered marathon next year. I can't join it this year as the date conicide with my Jap exam. Next year shd try the 10km, then the 21km followed by the full marathon by the end of 3 years... shd b okie if i start training nxt year loh... maybe shd see whether there is any runner club near wdl so that I will have motivations like vee galz... haha it is gd to venture out to new fronties every year...Thus nxt year's aspiration is to do the 10km SC marathon or maybe do a Biathlon... See how lah

Weekend fun
Last weekend is definately a work hard play hard weekend...After work, I went for tuition, thus working again. Then I went down to the chinatown to book airfare tix for my Thailand trip... Suppose to get a gd deal... Then met some of my friends to try out new dish at the nearby just Green... The place that gafield and gang go last time. This time my religion mates and I try various dishes and we ate quite a lot as we are suppose to write a reviews on the food we eat... There are salted fish tofu, dou miao fish cake and other dishes that I can't named. Anyway, I m going to the review on the "weird" fried rice. According to my friends, they thought that the rice was nice and unique, yet, I think it contain a certain smell that hardcore vegetarian will deterred from it. Pple like my bro will take one sniff and wun touch the rice, but since this is a reputable resturant, it shd be alright, thus I still touch the rice for I m too hungry to really care that much...
After dinner, D decided to seek out some books and tea at a nearby buddhist bookstore. The bookstore is v Zen. White décor wtih deep yellow lighting.But the books are kind of expansive. I bought two bks in a series that cost me ard 40 bucks...ouch, but it come with complimentary of 2 cups of drinks... We decide to come again for the drinks. I think the environment is a gd place to read and study... maybe I can go there and study for my Jap exam nxt time...
Jumping foward to Sunday after youth group activities cum leaders' meeting, I rush back home and change into sports wear for my first Dragon boat session.
As usual, due to all those rushing, I was late and my colleauge was waiting patiently in her red Honda Jazz. Nice car, v ladylike. Okie, my job is to direct her to the kallang sports centre as she doesn't noe how to go there. Stressed up as I m a terrible bad map reader and we are late. Fortuantely, we ended up in the right place wo getting lost. Phew!!!
All of them were already inside the boat except us, oh oh... we quickly grabbed a paddle and safety vest and off we go onto the boat... whee, it is fun, we have to paddle in sync with 18 pple in the boat, terrible, as we nv have down it before and some of our paddles went it faster than others thus,the boat cannot really propel fwd... Our instructor is v patient and explain that we shd use our torso and turn so that we can get the feel of the water and use the resistance between the water and paddle to propel fwd... turning of torso also help us to achieve killer abs... Wow. I turn harder and shout one up, two up with more gusto for I want to develop killer abs... After an hour or so, we coordinate better and the instructor say that we are gd for first timer. I thought so as all of us row with determination despite aching arm, back and bum.
Then our instuctor decided to spice things up and ask us to do tug of war. 8 vs 8. B and I are the first rower of our gp, meaning we must coordinate real well or we will lose. We lost the first time round as B is faster than me. Hmm with my sheer determination I catch up and for the 2nd round, we did better than the other team intially then B slipped... Oh oh, we lose our concentration and thus lost... But gd try.
In conclusion, dragon boat is really a team sport, and I really need to try harder and build up my strength if I m going to excercise more

Lipstick jungle
Bought a new book by Candace bushnell... AS usually, it is full of New York and Power puff women who sashay down the glitzy world of fashion,publishing, PR and Marketing... Meaning the ususally stuff that I admired but can't have... It is an interesting read as this is the first book that I have encountered that depicts women as a power hungry unscrupulous being that are willing to play rough... Most books depicts women as intelligent but always struggling as they always play nice. Thus I love these women as it is abt women who can have it all. To those aspiring wannabes, u are free to borrow this bk when I m done... I m currently at pg 90 of the bk and the bk is ard 400 pg... Thin as compare to Harry Potter's bk sia.
Still, I dun think I can live this kind of lifestyle. No 1: obvious reasons is that I dun have enuf reasons nor talents to raise up in my current profession. The only way to become a power puff women is to change profession and jumping into the unknown water of the corporate world. That is sure scary...meanwhile, I can live my dreams of being one of the women in the bk or S&C.
Going to work now. ciao!

子供の日に対いして
Hmm vee gal ask me to explain what I have been written yesterday... Well, in short,I have gone to my Jap sch Aoba for a mini party by the sch for us and the Japanese who study in Singapore... I have enjoy myself tremendously as we talk and eat the different food there. One of the gals brought the whole set of kimono and ask me and my classmate to try it on.. We try it on and take various pic... After that there is a mini game that involve both the Singaporean and the Japanese. It is like a mini matchmaking sessions as just before the end of the game, the participants had to chose the person of the opp sex whom they had the best impressions. Matched up couple would recieve a prize... Next, we play bingo and I din win... Well that is wat my previous blog is abt...
Today, my youth gp celebrated Children day... The tutors have to act out a skit that depicts what happen during the weekly tuition sessions. Some of us act as the tutees and we have a fun time acting as them as we can make as much noise as possible...We dramatise the situation so that it was funny. Then we have a cake cutting sessions. The cake is HUGE... Ard 2kg and cost $80... The cake is a soccer field chocolate cake...Hmm Delicious. Then the children recieved small gifts and tibits from the Overall in charge. I kapo a few sweets too...
Haha.. so today is a fun day as well... Too bad one can not be always a kid forever.

はじめに着物を着た
嬉しいな。。。きょは青葉に行って、シーンガポールを住んで日本人と話すうちに食べ物を食べました。みんなさんは楽しいそうです。私たちは新しい友達に造りました。皆さんは名前とEメールを交わしました。一人女は、日本から綺麗な着物を持て行ったので私とリーシャンが着って見たい。着たの写真をとって綺麗です。ロンンさんは早い出たのは、着らないで残念でした.
そして、１０人で、ゲームを参加しました。日本人も青葉の学生もありました。あのゲームはお見合いの視たい。ゲームが終わるそうから、１０人は、合いた人に選らんてマーチをしました。マーチの人は mos burger のヴぉーチェをいだたきました。私たちはあのゲームが参加しないて,bingoを参加しました。リーシャンさんはmos burgerのヴぉーチェを勝って嬉しいそうです。
パーテに終わたら、紀伊国屋に歩いて行ました。私たちはJLPT復習の本を買った。その後、明治台でチョコレートを買って帰ります。
